Atlantic Canadian businesses have been successfully participating in the Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF) for over a decade. In fall of 2022 a successful trade mission was organized to CREF where 8 companies participated. In an effort to maintain the business relationships forged during this mission, the Environmental Services Association of the Maritimes (the Association), in partnership with The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), will host an in-person trade mission again to attend CREF in Miami, Florida, from April 25-28, 2023. In past trade missions, delegates represented a variety of sectors including: clean tech, environmental services, electric vessels, LED streetlight, engineering and construction. We are expecting that these sectors will be represented again among the delegates for this year.
The objective of this request for proposals is to procure a qualified consultant to provide the services outlined below. The contracted project will include matchmaking services, language translation, logistic support and market briefings. The successful consultant will have demonstrated business experience in the Caribbean market and extensive experience organizing one-on-one meetings for business delegates, event management expertise and a proven roster of contacts in these geographic areas. The successful consultant will also provide information on what they feel would be their value add to ensure the success of the project.
Deadline: February 10, 2023, 5:00pm AST
