ESAM Curling – 05 March 2025

ESAM is excited to announce our premier winter event and the first social event for 2025…Curling! We hope you can find time from your busy schedule to join us on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at the Mayflower Curling Club (3000 Monaghan Drive, Halifax). Arrival time is between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. Curling will start at 1:30 PM and continue until 3:00 PM, followed by a social gathering from 3:00 to 4:00. Light snacks will be provided after the curling, and each attendee will get a beverage of their choice. Bar services will be available at the facility.

Participants should bring clean indoor footwear (such as sneakers) with good traction and comfortable (stretchy) pants. The curling club will provide any additional gear that you need. You will be playing in a cold ice rink, so dress appropriately. For those needing it, practice and instruction will be available between 1:00 and 1:30. Please let us know if you can help provide instruction. Participants may have to sign a waiver before going on the ice.

To promote networking, this will be individual entry. We will ask you to indicate your skill level upon arrival and use this to make up balanced teams of 4 players.

Cost is $25 for member companies and $50 for non-member companies. Registration deadline is Wed, Feb 26. Participation is limited to 32 curlers, so sign up early.
