Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is a Crown corporation that provides innovative and cost-effective contracting, construction contract management, infrastructure and environmental services, and lifecycle support for Canada’s defence requirements. Since the early 1990s, this has included providing environmental science and environmental engineering services to DND. Now, these services make up a significant part of the Corporation’s business. Increasingly, as DND is faced with more environmental challenges, DCC’s environmental capabilities continue to expand to meet these needs.

DCC’s Environmental Services line works with DND to meet environmental performance targets, comply with regulatory requirements, and manage due diligence and risk. Some of the service line’s key activities include:
