Envirosphere Consultants Limited is a biological and environmental consulting firm based in Windsor, Nova Scotia, specializing in environmental assessment, fish habitat, water quality, and monitoring and assessment studies of terrestrial and aquatic environments. The company has carried out environmental impact assessments, wetland and fish habitat studies and assessments, benthic invertebrate studies, landfill and industrial monitoring, as well as research on aquatic ecosystems for industry, government and the consulting-engineering sector for more than two decades. Our activities have provided sound scientific input to the environmental regulatory process. The company operates an accredited water quality lab which provides water testing services in HRM and the Annapolis Valley.

Envirosphere was on the team that laid the environmental groundwork for Nova Scotia’s tidal power demonstration project, providing input at many levels of the project. We’re pleased to offer support for proponents through the review process and subsequent approvals and monitoring activities.
